The other day a coil I had bought used took a dump and died somehow without me ever really getting a chance to use it. I emailed Whites to see what I should do with it and whether or not it was worth sending in for repairs. The next day I got an email reply that said this: send us the coil and $20 and we'll take care of it. To ship it back to me eats at least $10 out of that so for $10 they are going to solve my coil problem. What they really did was show me how much they value their customers and businesses who value me will always continue to get my money. What a great company! I am so pleased to say that I'm a proud Whites owner. If you're not a Whites owner yet, you need to be soon. They're the best.
