Shout out for Whites

The other day a coil I had bought used took a dump and died somehow without me ever really getting a chance to use it. I emailed Whites to see what I should do with it and whether or not it was worth sending in for repairs. The next day I got an email reply that said this: send us the coil and $20 and we'll take care of it. To ship it back to me eats at least $10 out of that so for $10 they are going to solve my coil problem. What they really did was show me how much they value their customers and businesses who value me will always continue to get my money. What a great company! I am so pleased to say that I'm a proud Whites owner. If you're not a Whites owner yet, you need to be soon. They're the best.

i am a new whites ownrer ,M6 and called to see if I could put my minelab dd coil on the whites machine the lady at whites told me no, she sent me a free D-2 coil,i have no idea why,she also told me not to post about it on the internet ,how could I not.
 
I have just purchessed a new m6 Interested in the D 2 coil and what is so special about it ???? .I purchessed the standered coil that comes with it .Regards john
 
I've been a Whites guy since I started detecting in the 80's. I really like the information their detectors give me and their customer service has always been the best.
 
Had issues with my BHID and with a second trip to Oregon the tech called me on the phone and wanted to know just the the unit was or wasn't doing. Week later it was back to me and he installed a new circiut board so with a new 12 yellow coil and new board, i would call it new and all good. Yes there service is unsurpassed and it's hard to buy something else besides a Whites product.
 
I'm new to metal detecting. Their service people treated me more than fair on getting an old detector fixed and refurbished.

They are stuck with me as a customer for life. Not that I won't buy anything from other companies but that Whites will always be my
choice to check out first and will do business with them whenever possible.

Whites has great customer service; I agree with you there buut the lower end detectors are a bit over pricded for what you get.
For decent and lower priced detector Garrett has them beat in my opinion.
