Should we all fly to Florida for this sweet detecting spot?

Save your money. It is privet. The wealthy have taken control of a lot of water ways. They build their homes on them a shut out the public. I can't even launch my canoe on a river near by. The wealthy built their homes on the river and in the name of conservation closed it to the pubic. But they keep building their homes on it, with their privet docks.

Money talks I guess. That's why I can only type! I can't believe how 1% of people can control most all the rest of us?

There was a dispute about that in the Sydney papers when I was down there at Xmas. It was about a small beach on Sydney Harbour in the wealthiest Suburb (Point Piper). The wealthy land owners tried the same stunt. They closed it off to the public in 1959. After they were taken to court about it, they lost. All water frontage up to the high water mark are public property in this country.
If this were the same in the USA, then we could all show up John's place in central Florida a have a good detecting holiday!
