there were two videos on YouTubie about two Russians destroying a Minelab Exterra because it was a piece of junk, retty comical. They were titled-Bruce Olson said:

Sven, you know I respect your detecting and ability and enjoy your posts.
But if you really think those videos are comical, our senses of humor are way different...
A testament to Tesoro reliability? More like a testament to a couple of idiots with way too much time and way too little talent!

Just a couple of idiots who had a bit too much Russian Vodka who started bashing another brand of metal detector, visually.
Look at it from the photographer-authors side in naming the video. The title suggests, if they would have bought a Tesoro, they
would have been out there hunting and finding stuff and not drinking and beating up a machine that had failed. The Tesoro would
have been a better choice for these two guys. Does make you wonder what they do with other ?? when things don't go the way they want.
Just a couple of drunken rednecks, in "their" world having fun.
I'm sure many of us have owned a detector or two that we wanted to wrap around a tree at some point............
