Short Valentine's Day Hunt After Work

Sooper Dave

Well-known member
The weather has been right for going, but my work has kept me from getting out. I worked out of town for the last two days. The 2nd day I put the Etrac in the truck because I spotted two old abandoned homes right at my exit. By the time I got done with my job and got permission from the owners of one of the houses, it was 4:30 and gets dark around 5:30. So off I go cherry picking the front yard, most of the place is overgrown. I pulled a few Wheats 1919 to 1930, and two Mercs 1918 & 1936. I didn't find any clad until I headed back to the truck and looked around by the driveway. This would be a good place to go back a spend some time with a smaller coil. It was a beautiful day and it was nice to get out after a long day of work. HH David
