Short Night Hunt

It has been raining/snowing and Cold the last few days

It broke this evening and I ended up going out on my own to Detect

It was a Beautiful night and I stayed longer than i expected

I found the ND Buffalo Nickel and a "Face"

The other photo has an item that looks like a possible Oil Lamp but NOT

Any information is always appreciated

That face is really cool. Have never seen anything like that before. What makes you think that the wick looking mechanism is not part of an oil lamp?

I agree it is a Oil Lamp but missing the turn knob which would give the date of manufacture

The Face looks like W.C. FIELDS and not CHURCHILL because he never smiled...BULL DOG

won't tell ya how today went...let's just say I have the ACE250 mastered!!!!!!! still on the learning curve with the E-trac.
I went over an area I grid searched multiple times with the E-trac. I pulled multiple KEEPERS!!!!
can't wait to get my E-trac back though... the amount of trash I am digging is incredible! and the mono tone DING DING is getting old.
