Short Hunt

I had a very short hunt before the rain chased me home this afternoon. Sorry for the lousy picture. I don't think I can take close-ups of Wheat and Silver together. The silver tends to get washed out. It's a nice 1950 Roosevelt dime and the Wheat is 1942. The picture makes it look like it's worn into oblivion. I also dug 3 nickels and 3 memorial pennies.

Always a good sign when you're digging wheats and indian heads.

god finds, as for pictures, here is what I do....set your coins on a book or whatever you want for the background, sit it in the window sill so you use natural light, then set your camera on macro, you should be able to get nice clear shots that way

Thanks for the tip. This is silver 33 for me this year. No where near your finds but a record for me.

Congratulations on the wheat and Rosie, Duke! Thanks for the pictures.
