Short hunt with the Deleon

Got out in the woods for a bit with my new Deleon today. I had one before but missed it so I bought another..great machine.

Anyhow, spent a couple of hours in the bush and got just a few modern pennies but I did manage one nice old silver.

Here's the loot for the day...

And a close up of the silver quarter...

The Deleon is a great detector. I don't think many people are aware of how good it really is.

Posted by ScannerGuy1968. Not just an worthless airtest -- depth test , coins in nails, bottlecap readings - his voice sounds like Jesse Ventura (form MInn Governor, wrestler and TV "Conspiracy Theory"host) i have one that i bought from Hombre a few weeks back --i have hunted about 12 hours total so far --at least i can see the screen a lot better - from what i can tell about the same performance as my Cortes -- --i put my Troy Shadow 7" -when i use either machine --same depth and performance as the 8 x 9 just doesn't snag on stubble . Has all the "Target ID" i need .

I just saw that video from scanner guy.
He was really surprised as was I about it.
I'm glad when I sent mine in for a checkup I had them tune the machine to my newly rebuilt/tuned Troy super 7.
It scored really high in his test and got really high marks.

I really like the way you can go by the sound like all resorts, the vdi, but the added bonus of what I call the "probability graph". Between all 3 it makes for a nice machine once you know how to use it.
It will always have a place in my collection.
Mostly for parks and coins.
