Thanks for showing the neighborhood, Its worth noting. I always learn something from your Videos i.e. neighborhood and the obvious sand line on the steps.

Like the video. But a question... I see a lot of sand washed out there. By the green coins I imagine they have been there a while, do you think that since the sand is less ya can find them now, or do you find the currents and moving sand kinda sorts them together in areas?:cheers:
 
Similar erosion here on the South Shore of Long Island. What amazes me is that only the coins remain...what happened to the jewelry..any jewelry!
 
[size=large]The coins and other targets have been pushed into lines at various locations down to the surf line.....The key is just to find it....I typically hunt a "W" pattern on this beach from the boardwalk down to the surfline and back up till I find a line (running parrallel to the water) Once the line is located, I will tighten up the W and hunt the area that is holding the targets.....hope this helps.....Brian[/size]
 
Hey Brian,

I am going to try OC at todays low tide. Got to try your W pattern. I generally just go up and down and can not cover more than half a OC block with that pattern but I know I covered it.
