Got out tonight before dark to a field that was just mowed for hay. The old farmhouse that I got permission to hunt on was built in the late 1700's. I only had about an hour to hunt and got a few newer models. One '44 wheat, a memorial cent, two clad quarters, and last but not least this 1894 "O" Barber dime. Of course the last find of the day. My first "O" coin. Found the mintage to be low too, 720,000. Not in the best shape but still a cool find for the day. The ground is powder dry and hard as a rock but the etrac kicked in no problem in multi-conductive. Barber came in at 12-15/45 all the way around and was at 6". Nice when you know this is going to be a good one. Tried the two tone ferrous also. Sounded off great there too. Anyway thanks for looking.
