Short hunt in tot lot

Got the call this morning from the wife that my hunting time would be limited after work to 1 hour 15 minutes... Daughter going for braces...son did not want to sit and watch for 2 hours! I was able to finish up in 1 hour 10 minutes, 41 coins usual junk, eyeballed tip of dollar bill.

Did you have to swim for the coins with all the rain up there?? Good finds and not bad for a short time out.

It has been really bad...very heavy rain trees down. saw a lot that had gone thru car windshields when I was working Thursday overnight. Also some stuck on houses....thought my pinpointer was shot...but someone on another forum mentioned it needed to dry out. He was right! Think I will cover speaker when raining and use vibrate mode....

I would post a pic...but I don't bring a camera...another thing to lose....wish I had mine with me though a couple times. All the parks and some schools have a play area covered in wood chip and or a sand area. Usually with swings. slides, other playground equipment. Usually great for quick recovery and ease of digging. As long as no one else is going to same place.

Unfortunately have also started to see rubber mats being used more and more.

I didn't realize it was so bad there. How terrible. Poor people and hopefully they had flood insurance. But probably not.

Glad you got your pinpointer working again! That's a great tool that I wouldn't want to be without.

Very good my friend.........
