Short hunt for today

HanoverDigger

Well-known member
Got out for a 3 hour hunt today with the Blisstool V3. Got into a slight swampy area and dug these all within a few feet of each other. Hard digging with briars and branches all around, especially when the bullets tend to sink in the mud. Had fun just the same! Thanks for looking, Robert

Cool saves buddy. Glad to see fresh dirty relic. HH

Thanks Digger, you should've seen them before the pic. Lot's of encrustation!! I threw them in my pouch as they came out.

Nice digging. I seen you're getting familiar with the Blisstool
Thanks Bill, yeah, this detector is going to take a bit getting used to with just the single tone, it does hit hard on the deep stuff, though. I think it will be good for artillery....if I get lucky enough to walk over one!

I feel lucky just walking over a bullet nowadays. Finding artillery, other than a fragment here or there is tuff. But maybe your next post will be nice hotchkiss shell.

I dug one years ago in the same area, with a Whites Eagle II SL.
