I had about an hour before I needed to be at the boat so I hit the beach for a quick hunt. Finding some clad was a good start so I kept going. About 45 minutes in out popped the gold men’s ring with what I hoped was tiny diamonds. Well, I had to go to the dock anyway, so I turned the machine off and went back to the truck to rinse the ring. It showed 14 k so I pulled out the diamond tester, and yay! The diamonds appeared to be genuine. The gold ring is only the third this year after many hours of hunting. Silver rings are a little more common.
