Short hunt at the park today

It was raining, the ground was soaked. In some areas, I was literally digging in mud puddles.

Here is some info on the VDI numbers:

Very wet ground, mostly peat type dirt and very soft.

Medallion....... 82
Rosie......... 82
clad dimes and quarters......... 82-95 (the 95 was right under the grass, but obviously there for awhile)
pennies.......... 79-81

The medallion gave me a silver coin signature with a clean and clear sound. I thought it might be a silver coin, but had a nice surprise.

The AT Pro has been working well for me. On this very short hunt, I dug only strong coin signals. I want to pick off the better hits first, then go back later and check it out better. There are tons of bullets and shot gun shells at this site, they tend to ring out at about 53, the same as a nickel on my machine. I skipped these signals today and just concentrated on the high signal tones.

Go back and run your coil back over where you got the "95", theres also a good chance the medal is silver, I find quite a few that are.

Yep, I always double, triple, quadruple check a dig. Thanks.

The medallion is sterling. It sure cleaned up nice.

Thanks for the kind words
