Short hunt at noon today

Went down at noon for low tide today and hunted for an hour or so. I'd have stayed longer but the sun is wickedly strong, but even a short hunt is fun and I was happy to get a few coins and a nice big .925 silver ring. Here's the loot

Hey Scott....Stay cool,go home..LOL....Great find on the silver ring...is that the first?...A July/August summer here in Fla.is nothing compared to that equator sun.Do you run in to many other people detecting? Are you able to get to more populated beach areas,is it safe to detect around other areas besides the beach...GL HH

Nope, that's the second silver ring. I've run into a few other guys detecting, one lives a bit north of here. I don't have a vehicle here yet so just detecting the local beach. Detecting other than beaches I haven't tried, i love doing sand and water.
