Been under the weather the last few days, but found out a early 1800's village sat jsut up the road from where I live. went and killed a half hour. The first signal was a nice 12-47. Looks like it might be my 1st large cent, but it is really corroded. I can make out a ladies head though. was really hoping to scratch a large cent off the bucket list. Going to spend more time here when get rid of the crud. A nice go to place less than a 1/2 mile from home.
