Short cow pasture hunt Sat.

Did a quick hunt in a cow pasture Sat - the owners had just spread new topsoil over ALL of the front and side yards of the 1800 farmhouse (@#&;%"!).
The folks were great and said we could come again. I had asked the wife last fall - she said OK with her if her husband agreed. Couldn't get in touch with them since. I drive by Sat and all this new dirt !!! Well, the pasture was the next best thing.
I found a musket ball, an 1865 IH, a Chinese cash coin (might be Korean), and a nice , small silver ring (I'm thinking Victorian and the stone might be real).

Nice finds - that ring looks really pretty and that is a nice, early Indian head. I hope the topsoil isn't too deep - maybe you can dig there if they haven't planted grass yet. HH
