Sent my detector into Tesoro got there on 18th, arrived back today by fedex, ticket said worked on 20th by Rusty.It was recalibrated, final test was A-OK. Note said battery door getting loose.They sent me a replacement door ,all for no charge,ziltch,zero. Ps today is 29th my detector is home !!! I'm going out tomorrow AM to play with it, I might dye from heat exhaustion, but I'll be happy!
