Sherry and I decided to get out of the house

and leave the computers alone. We took a trip to Battle Creek, MI and took in an air show that featured the U.S. Air Force 'Thunderbirds' Demonstation Team.

We caught only part of the show. With too little shade and much heat, we had to leave early - not seeing the 4:30 show and all that came after it (hot air baloons at 7:30 pm, etc.)

We said to each other how much we would have loved to stay and got to watch the Thunderbirds from start to finish during the 4:30 show.

Well you know how much our Father God loves us. We talked a little on the way home about the Blue Angels (the U.S. Navy Demonstration Team). As we got comfortable in the air conditioning of our 'tv room' on the Military Channel was: "The Thunderbirds". With what we had seen earlier and then watching this we saw and understood more than we would have only seeing one or the other.

After the Thunderbirds we shown on the Military Channel, next up was - yep you guessed it "The Blue Angels". Both shows were awesome. Only God could have done this for us. Thank you Father God and thank you Lord Jesus.

Eyeballed a dime and 2 pennies on the ground and picked them up. Bet this would be a great place to detect tomorrow - if I lived closer to it.

and just wanted to get home to the bedroom and its air conditioning. She is back to norm. Speaking of normal - Sherry has lost 46 pounds since being on her diet since about 3 months ago. Praise God she is losing the weight. Think I am losing too. Having a hard time keeping the pants up when I put my detecting belt, pouches, etc. on.

The stealth? Man, you werem't supposed to see it - its supposed to be like 'invisible'. Bet when they sold that to the government it was like selling the King his new clothes - ya know the 'invisible' ones. :lol

Didn't even have my detector with me and found 2 pennies and a dime on the ground at the air show.

Tell her congrats! Tami has taken off 57 last I knew, and seems happier because of it! Glad you guys had fun!
