Shel card or Store Card?

Hi all,

Last fall I found a One Dollar Size coin? Advertisement? Token? that is copper over some type of card board inside much like a chocolate covered coin. It is very Cool and reads 1865 South American Fever and Ague Remedy. over the top of a beautiful vintage style Eagle.
the back reads: The Cheapest, Safest, & only Permanent Cure. Free from Any Mineral poisons. Price One Dollar.
the metal is likely brass / copper with a nice patina to it. And would go well with the bottle of the remedy when selling.

I think this is called a Shell Card" but I can only find "Store Card" on ebay.
Do any of you know about this? Or know who may be interested in this type of correctable

Thanks for any reply.

I found this neat lump of gold. Weighs about 3 lbs and is all irregular and heavy. Has a little quartz in it. Found it in a parking lot near a quarry exit.

Not gonna post a picture as I described it.

Kinda leaves you hangin like the previous post huh....
