SETTINGS FOR TRACKER IV

Hi veezafo, the best settings I have found using the T4 is Sens set at 3 to 4 oclock, depending on falsing of course. The toggle switch set on Tone Disc, and the dial at the lowest setting possible. This setup works best at the beach on the dry sand, and in tot lots. You WILL dig more trash items with these settings, BUT you'll never leave gold, platinum, or silver jewelery behind either. The 10" coil gets about 20% to 25% more depth over the standard 8" coil. You can hunt the wet sand if you set the Sens at around 11 to 12 o'clock, and keep the search coil at an even height at all times about 2" off the deck. Remember to not lift the coil at the end of each swing, keep it flat. HH regards Nugget.:detecting:
