Setting the Settings (Sov GT)

I hunt exclusively in DISC on the beach.

It makes sense to me to adjust the THRESHOLD and SENSITIVITY in the DISC setting. I thought I read somewehere that adjustments should be made in ALL METAL and then switch over to DISC.

Any thoughts on this matter.... :help

Tony,

I was probably the one to say adjust the threshold in all metal pinpoint as this is the refference point to get the threshold set at it proper setting. This also will make sure your silent search will work correctly as if you have the threshold to high, then silent search will not be silent search. If set too low than you will be losing some depth and why I say adjust it in all metal pinpoint to have a slight buzz so it will be set correctly.
