Seson 2012 (North of Norway)

We got a short seson up here abowe the arctic circle, but been a lot of nice finds. 174 silver coins. ca. 150 hammered. Discover a unknown Viking grave( with gold and silver, archeologist will dig it next year) and a Roman Fibula around 2000 year old.

Thanks everyone :: Mason Jarr, brooches and the the beginning are founded in Andoya, the rest in neighboring islands. and this year we got a lot of Northen light, and whale in to the land.

There must be a lot of whales in that area. When I was there a big one washed up on the beach. What kind of detector do you use there? Do you have any problems digging in the permafrost?

wow, wow, wow.. im packing my bags right now,pick me up at the airport.... lol,lol.... unfortunatly the US doesnt have a very long commercial history like most of europe.... thanks for sharing your finds are awesome............
