Where can I send my XS for repairts. I am having trouble with my head set. Can hear in only one ear piece. I think it is the detector, not the head set. I bought it used and really just want it checked out.

wiggle the wires at each headphone speaker, push in to see if you can get the sound to come back, then check the jack by wiggling the jack plug.
I had a problem with both the headphones and the jack, you can send the unit to:

In the mean time, wrap a piece of silver paper around the connector and push in , makes it a tighter fit. Worked for me.
