Serial Numbers on older Tesoro's?

Cliff KS

I try to keep records of serial numbers on all my detectors, so maybe I could get them back if they were stolen. I acquired a Silver Sabre

2 Sidewinder UMax and GS2. That goes back to 84(Inca). With age, and lots of use it is easy to see why some would not have a # left because most of the #s are usually on the underside of the detector and exposed to whatever comes along. One on my Inca had to be scotch taped over after near bout being worn off from being laid in the grass and briars.
