Sent the Vision in for the V3i Upgrade Yesterday

I sent my detector to Sweet Home yesterday for the V3i upgrade. I did not like shipping my detector, but it's the only way I'm going to be able to get the upgrade in time to detect all Fall - while the weather's cooler. I bought the Vision at the treasure show in Longview last year and it has really made detecting more fun than ever before. I am exited to get my detector back with the upgrade. It seems like everyone here is getting better depth and more old finds with the V3i.

Hey alric,I don't know if the V3i is getting much more depth for me at least. But....what I can say is it is one heck of a lot easier to recognize a top performing adjustment regiment and it's easier to get there. Because of that,we are getting more and better finds through efficiency. (Does run a heck of a lot smoother.) I was one of the fortunate majority that didn't have to deal with much of the "birthing pains"...and that was probably because of this forum (mostly) and having ran a DFX before. The V3i upgrade just cinched it....sweetly, and the $125.00 was the best money I've ever spent on a detector.

Enjoy your new box!
