Sent my Fisher to Keith Wells for fixup

the girl said it would be about one month to get to it. I called a month later to see when, she said he is two months behind, so it will be another month. Maybe Fisher is quicker doing repairs.

Especially for us hunters up North....no worry about down time as it will be several months before we hit the turf again so many units sent in for repair etc..
As far as I know one man operation that does excellent repairs so doesn't surprise me at all....

I forgot to mention here that she said this is Keiths busiest time of year. And as Dan-Pa said, Keith does excellent work so I don't mind waiting.

I am sorry to hear that you sent anything to Keith Wills for repairs, I sent my Cz 20 in and was told the same thing (4 to 6 weeks), After being frustrated by his attitude,( he does not like to be questioned and he sure don't believe in answering email) He finally Replaced the coil after two months, To top that off he took a full week to ship it back after I paid him and of cousre another week for it to get here, He loaded up a bunch of petty charges: charged for 4 new batteries even though I put new ones in when I shipped it to him (Said I left the machine on when I did not), Said that he had to repair broken wires in battery compartment), I hope he at least repaired the machine, I will never send him anything to repair, I will use the factory and anytime I get the opportunity to describe my dealing with him I will do so in detail. I know that a lot of people have had great service from him and I am happy for them but as for me-My opinion stands

You forgot to mention that part of your wait was on getting parts from Fisher, every try ordering parts from them now days, try it! As for what I did to the unit, I can take your unit apart in a court of law and prove to the judge everything I did to it without a doubt! And for your batteries I put in it, sorry but the unit was on when it arrived and the batteries were dead. If I sent it back to you that way you would of accused me of leaving the unit on! Man, I only charge you a dollar each for the new Eveready Heavy Duty batteries, try buying them somewhere for that price. Again, you would complain if you were hung with a new rope! Keith
