Hello sent my AT-PRO too the factory for the really bad falseing issue hope too hear from them soon

My AT Pro Int was delivered to Garrett by UPS on Wed 9th March. Haven't heard back from Garrett as yet.
Guess I will email them next week if nothing heard...

I had to send mine back yesterday too. Mine wouldn't ground balance, had no depth, and started falsing. I had planned on getting out with it next week while I am on spring-break. I guess that I will just stick to using my Omega. I guess that I shouldn't feel sorry for myself, but I still do!

Old Crusty Garretts did a fast turn around on fixing mine unfortunately it got stuck at Border Customs:nopity:
and is stll there after two weeks:rage:
Had sent mine in Feb.16th:blink:

Mine went by UPS but was advised by my dealer to tell them to return it via US Postal Service to eliminate the brokerage fee for bringing it across the border
that UPS and I suppose all the courier companies charge. We will see what transpires...

Mwahaha that's why I'm glad I'm having my Pro returned to an address just across the border. If it's nice enough outside, I might even just walk over and pick it up! (Through customs of course). It will definitely save me some delivery time...

I was just speaking with my wife and mentioned the long wait times to get repaired units through Customs. My wife was a Customs officer years ago (half the people that live in this town are customs officers lol). Anyway she said that there may be a bit of confusion--they see the value of the item, but don't see the duty/taxes or whatever. Because the item is being repaired free of charge they might need to be called and reminded of this. Just a thought...

I would had have mine two weeks ago if those border people had spent less time at Tim Hortons:laugh:
By the way I still don't have it im my hands:ranting:

mine went in last Monday, hope they call me this Monday, I have other machines to use, so I'm in no hurry, but I want to know if they got it, I work on the phone everyday, calling customer, and owners, I'm in maintenance, and no one calls back, people are so lazy:rage:

If I haven't heard from them early next week I will email :garrett: to find out what the situ is. I have heard nothing but good things about their service so not really worried...:canadaflag:
