SEF 8X6 FOR XLT ??

[size=large]not sure if i had read somewhere that there may be a 8 X 6 SEF for the XLT. can anyone confirm or set the record straight?:shrug:

A call to Kellyco would settle that. It is not on their web site.
 
Not to my knowledge and also a call to Jimmy Sierra Enterprises is in order as he makes specialty coils for whites products..
 
of the 6.59 kHz models. I've used those coils, and other after-market coils from several suppliers, on a variety of makes and models and found some of them to do okay. Sometimes not.

I don't think they would work that well with the XLT anyway. Due to the moderate-to-faster sweep and 4-filter design of the XLT I found it worked the best with good concentric coils. I have used a couple of Double-D coils on the XLT and XL Pro but wasn't impressed at all. I still feel the best general-use coils for the XLT, depending upon your site conditions and such, are the 6
