SEF 8X6 Coil On MXT Follow Up After Trashy Iron Infested Hunt

The area hunted was an old mostly abandoned 1900 town sight.(all-most all the houses are gone) This sight has a lot of iron trash and the ground is fairly minralized and dry. This old sight has been hunted to death :lmfao:and it is some of the most difficult ground I have come across due to the trash & old pieces of iron in the ground :ranting: all around. The SEF 8X6 coil performed like a champ:thumbup: getting between the trash & iron surprisingly well. I pulled about 12 modern copper penny's, 15 zinc's, 2 toy cars, 6 old miscellaneous relic pieces, 2 wheat's 1930 &1955:happy: and a real nice 1905 V nickel :clapping:out of this old hunted out town sight.( A quick side note to this old sight - I also pulled a 1906 5 dollar gold piece in extra fine condition:clapping: out of this sight with an XLT back in 2000) I guess we never really get it all or do we?? :confused:seems like it sometimes at the old heavily hunted sights.

The SEF 8X6 coil is becoming one of my favorites on the MXT.

I have the 10x12 SEF and love it. Great separation for its size.
