There is no such thing as a production 1963 Mustang. First run Mustangs were 1965. Now the lady looks like a strong vintage 1963.

Neat finds Blackie sure knows how to pick em.

Nest finds.

[size=large]it makes sence that it was a concept car first. then a production line. what is the 64.5 called then?

n/t

[size=large]that's a duh!! was the 64.5 a production line model? if so then it was the first yr. of the mustang. the one differance i was told of yrs. ago was the 64.5 was bulit on a falcon frame and had four lugnuts. the 65 came with 5 nuts as the 289 c.i. engine still had too much torque for just four nuts.
as well as other small adjustments.
we're losing the comedy here. Blackie has the floor.

I've tried my best to keep Blackie off the computer........ but Mr. Serling told him it was OK:surprised:

Actually there was a total of 121,538 Ford Mustangs produced during the 1964
