Therapist is giving me all these strengthening exercises while there,and stretching to do at home......AND,he told me,because I want to get back to my fitness walking,to start doing timed walks,starting today.Ten minutes each day for a week,then 15 minutes,etc....I have not walked much since before my back surgery November of 2014,so after my therapy session today and lunch,I put my Yak Trax on my shoes to keep me from sliding,and off I went.I got a total of almost 15 minutes,and when I got back,did a nice stretch.......And now??EVERYTHING,,FROM MY WAIST TO MY FEET,is waking up from months and YEARS of non-use,from not being able to walk much until I had my surgery last year.It will get better,if I keep at it.......
