Second Indian with the 800

I have only had the equinox out about 4 times and this was my first yard hunt. It has already found me two Indians. I can honestly say I don’t think my Xterra would have found this indian. It was deep. I didn’t measure it but it was really deep. Also found a 1929 Wheatie only hunted for a little while as I had my 4 year old with me. .

Very nice finds....seems like you are warming up to the Equinox after being a long time XTerra user.

Nice, I’m still looking for my first Indian. My nox 800 yesterday found me a 1935 mercury and a 1944 wheat along with 7.84 in change. Today 12 quarters, 15 dimes, 4 nickels and 4 copper cents. I’ve recently stopped digging zinc cents. Loving this machine!!!

nugget dog, if you are avoiding zinc cent numbers, you will likely miss many of the Indians. Other than Indians usually being deeper (and thus softer-sounding) than zinc cents, the air test numbers are very similar...

Yes I agree when I had my Xterra I dug all pull tab and zinc signals and my Indian cent count went way up.

Nice job considering how many years Indians were minted I find way more silver like 30-1 Indian! Though I found two so far this weekend at two different schools!
