Well went back to the same school as the first and ested some different programs to see what would work best and tweaked in the field. I must say having the tools to make the detector work how you want it is a blast. Half the fun is getting your program set to your site. Try it and adjust as necassary. I am getting the feel for this detector and the more I use it the more I like it. I dug alot less trash today and picked up some more clad. Also got one 1945 wheat about 6" down with the trashy program I was testing. Really made the machine quieter. I used the deep program to check the faint whispers in trashy mode and made the decision to dig or not easier.
Thought I found gold with diamonds but turned out to be fake lol. I was excited for a few seconds!!! I will be going out to the mansion tomorrow and hopefully spend half the day and see if there is anything in the ground. So far so good. Can't wait to get back out there and dig some more. A nice silver or gold would be icing on the cake for me. I am about due for some silver and gold
