second detector advice

Would like some advice ,Im looking to buy a second detector for my son and wife to share, I have the ex11 and love it and would not sell it for any other detector !!! I have been looking at the x-terra-70 or the teknetic T-2 ,Ive noticed alot more finds photos from minelab than the T-2 any suggestions?:minelab::detecting:
