went out the Sunday to school yard found lot of coins, odds and ends.:super:
second pic of ring, small ring, may be sterling, with stones will to my jeweler friend.
stamped on ring says: D112 A.W.C&S 1?? not sure if it's an 8 or 9, the last # is ether an 8 or 9. Dave

I have the 2500 and the ACE 250 as a backup. I find myself using the ACE almost as much as my 2500, it's that good for an inexpensive detector. I've only been detecting for a little over a year and have found several silver rings and a few gold ones. I have complete confidence in either detector. JIM

:yo: Well its a confirmed find, showed my jeweler friend and he said the ring I found is an 18K white gold with diamonds.:jump: Dave

Yes, it seems to be addicting when 1 finds gold.
Hoping it doesn't rain on weekend, Ive got many spots picked out, wish I didn't have to work ...
There are two large snow sled hills here, but feel bit edgy because of grass. I may only go for the surface down to inch depth.
The grass here is very thick rooted & rocky soil underneath, besides I figure rings etc... should be on surface from winter sledding. Dave
