Seated silver half dime!!! 1853!!!

Went out today for a short hunt to a field I love hunting. Changed my approach and have slowed down. It paid off huge today.

I found a really nice 1853 seated half dime down about 6". It's the one with arrows. Haven't cleaned it up at all but I can read "liberty" through a loupe.

Ill clean it with distilled water and a cotton ball

The CTX is a very slow machine. It just processes so much information that you have to give it time to do its work. I have about 1000 hours on mine since August. I get it pretty well now but still learning. Some days you just hear it so well. It really is a remarkable tool

Outstanding !
