Found my oldest silver today. A 1875 seated liberty dime. No pictures as I do not have a camera yet. Me and Hoss went to an old peach shed that was being tore down to make way for a
new Dollar General Store to be built. Stopped to ask if we could hunt. The man said you need to do it today because tomorrow we are starting construction. Hunted for about 15 min. got a good
dime signal dug a hole checked the hole nothing. checked the dirt pile nothing. Put the dirt back in the hole rechecked the hole got a good dime signal. dug the hole again and out popped the dime.
So be sure and recheck be for you give up on a signal.

Great find..:super:
You did well...:super:
Always re-check...
See if you can hunt the dirt piles that they move out.
Could be some more good finds in them..

E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T And I do mean excellent find and a lesson that others should take note from. I too have found coins, etc. where they've been left after someone has dug and couldn't find it. Way to go on your oldest coin. HH to all, Nancy
