Back to the seated dime spot , No shortige of cut nails but a nice old fork came out , but finding a 1879 rare date seated dime drives me on maybe thear is another coin I have found out 14,000 weremented for circulation and 1,100 for colectors thats a low mintige I wonder what els will suface that is being masked the ground is very mineralsized hear the TS 800 sill null just on the dirt in disq and my magnet loads up so badd it looks like a fuzzy fuzzball so its all metal digging hear

Hey Gunnar,
nice assortment of relics! There is definitely more there besides the 15,231 nails (just guessing lol ) but more coinage. This reminds me of the old farmhouse I was hitting at the beginning of the season. After my brother finding the 1825 large cent, I said to myself, Self,
" there are more coins here then that large cent" My brother wrote the place off but I continued on finding 2 rings, old buttons, farm & house relics, 1908 British penny, an 1892 Barber dime and several wheat cents. Now this stuff you are finding is it on the road itself or are you off in the grass?

Jim its in the road, but it goes off road as well hey if you had a good feeling about this spot then thear is more in it and with all the nails no wonder i never found anything in disqe I plan on getting back out tonight and keep pulling the nails out cant ever write off a apot until you get no beeps and then some I remember we were at an old farm with the bottle club and we probed over the hole farm and dug refrigerators and tires and finnally they all gave up it was then that i looked at whear john parked his car and thear was a small depresion under his front tire so i went over and probed it shure as sure it was the out house and it was 8ft deep and yealded many good finds and on another farm i was looking for the outhouses 12 years and i always avoided the spot were the concreat and modern trash was until an old guy came along and said ya the outhouses are in the N.E corner so reluctantly i checked the spot maniging to get the probe thru the concreat block and it went down and I heard a cruch and dug down and up came a hand blow bottle and 5 more out houses it was were i did not think it to be so who knows

Hi Gunnar,

with the amount of stuff you are pulling out there has to be more then a lonely seated liberty dime. (At least that is my view)
Gunnar, you making crops circles? lol JK. This line I drew and where I circled is this the road / area you are talking about?
Maybe you need to put on your bug equipment and go into the woods to scout things out.

Just left of you r circle the road goes stright to the rum , thats the spot just left of your cicle that is the hill and its an old road wish i had a map older than 1898 its behaving like an old house site or logging camp have not found any privys thogh
