Searching the Old Waton's House

Even though the Walton's got cancelled years ago, their house still stands. (no...it is not really the Walton's house) Well, we (EZdiggins and I) finally got to check out the house on his friends land, and search for some goodies. Our first trip didn't turn up much, but I did find a 1917 D Merc, and EZ found part of an old pocket watch. There are 2 cisterns/wells on the both sides of the house. One by the kitchen, and another one on the front side of the house. I'm guessing the one in the front is where they did the laundry...this is where I found the dime. It looked to be in great shape at first, but it looks like it was burned in a fire. Hopefully we'll have better luck next trip.

Nice. That burned Merc has a story to tell. I have found 2 burnt Mercs. One at a burnt house and one form a burnt creamery. Keep hunting, looks like a good spot for a cache.

Here is the pocket watch I found at the old house. I didn't realize what it was at first because it was so encrusted in mud and rust and so I covered the hole back up. Later after I cleaned it up and realized what it was I went back searching for the hole I dug but never could find the front or back to it..
