Search Coil info (Help Please)

The Blue Max 256 will fit White's series 2, White's series 3 and some of the earlier Classic SL models, with the 6B type coil. I don't think it will fit the Spectrum XLT, I believe that it uses the newer style coils.. Monte or Bill (de) would be the more knowledgeable ones to answer this question.They know their White's detectors.
