Found this ring yesterday.
Trying to find what the symbol on the ring means.
Writing is backwards.
Makes me think it's some type of seal ring.

Evidently this type of ring is popular whether it's your family crest on it or somebody else's from long ago. What's written on the inside of the ring?
 
I believe it is a college "fraternity ring" from Phi Delta Theta.......I'm a Phi Delt myself and know the crest!
