Sea Hunter Mark II question :surrender:

solmer

Hi All, I'm considering a Garret Sea Hunter Mark II as my new dive detector but before buying a unit I need to know if can ignore iron since as far as I saw at the forums Sea Hunter II can't ignore ferrous items.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Good luck and happy finds !

Thanks for the info :) I think this is not the machine I've been looking for since it can't discriminate iron

I have found that with PI machines, 90% of iron signals, especially small ones, give you double signals, sharp/not smooth, rough sounding etc. The Sea Hunter 2 will not ignore iron, but YOU will!
