I've read on different post that the screen on the SE doesn't change after it detects a target even if you go over another target and that you have to lift the detector into the air to get the ID off the screen. Can someone explain this to me?......Thanks, Ken
 
My understanding is that it won't update the display until it gets a threshold signal again. It's not one of the Explorer's strong points.
