My second only Seated ever...I lost the first 1887 before I even got home :-( Then came my second only V-Nickel. I didn't lose this Seated ;-)

Good hunting day for me here in North Texas!
 
Congrats on the seated dime - that's one I haven't found yet - a couple seated quarters, but no dimes. :sad:

I treasured it being it was my oldest coin, and put into an inner fold of my wallet for falesafe against losing it. The fold had an open slit at the bottom side. It coulda fell out right there, in a detecting friends truck when I started to show it off, or went into the cash register when I paid for sodas. I never baby a good find in the field now. It goes right into the pouch unless Google says it's key date. Ain't found a key date yet.

I went back to the field where I found it that same day. No digger since it would be surface. Found a good signal inches deep and marked it till later. Dug a Barber dime the next day at that spot. ;-)

Sounds like me. Found a ring detecting, Don't know how I lost it before I even got off that school field. That was years ago. Never could find it again.
 
VERY nice find! VERY difficult to cough up one of those about anywhere....I only have 3 Seated coins but always looking for more!:lol:
