Help!
Tomorrow afternoon I'm trading in my SE for an E-Trac after a mid life crisis decision. In a nutshell what can I expect. I currently have an SE, DFX and a CZ-20 and love all of them for different reasons.

I did the same thing I went from the safari to the se to the etrac and the yards I have gone over with the other machines I've gone over them with my etrac only 5 yards and I'm up 15 silver coins
and thats not including the ih bn and wheat pennies you will be happy

I plan on making the same move this week, only I am going from EXII to Etrac. My only worry is how much I will miss my Sun Ray probe until I can afford one for the Etrac.

I have had a etrac for over a year and just got a se pro that i went over some of the spots that i was thinking i had hunted out. I found lots more silver. That both great machines. The etrac is a heck of alot more stable. HH

tis a shame you cant keep both... I'd like to have an explorer se or an explorer 2 as a backup... I have the sovereign xs2 pro though and it makes for a fine backup

You will be happy either way, they are both really good detectors... maybe your probe is compatible???

I thought the same way too. But once I got the E-trac, I never touched the SE Pro again. Liked the E-trac much better. I finally sold the SE to buy an AR-15 rifle, since I knew I would use that more:bouncy:
