Scuba mask

What shallow water. Make/model scuba mask and snorkel do you recommend? As far as a. Good sealing (without having it so tight it gives you a headach). And doesn't get fogged up. Thanks

You need to go to a dive shop and they will help you choose a mask. It is a personal choice and everybody
likes something different. All masks fog up during use. It sounds like you need to take a diving class to learn
about clearing your mask and equipment usage. Even for snorkeling. Not trying to be pesimistic to you.
I have seen people get into trouble with fins.First time out getting cramps and don't know what to do to fix the problem.
Could drown you.
Masks are personal preference. It is what you like and what fits you best. Straps are adjustable so it won't be
excessively tight.
Good luck in choosing your mask as well as fins which are also personal preferance.

when you decide on a mask then to keep it from fogging put a couple small drops of baby shampoo inside the lens. rub it around with your finger then swish it in the water dump the water out dont touch it put it on and no fog also no tears. Been doing this for years and works great.

Interesting comments there.

used both johnsons baby and walmart equate baby both work same wamart brand cheaper but one bottle going on 3 years what differecnce really

You can always spit in your mask rub it around and rinse it out. It works and is free and not difficult to carry around.

just pick up a US Divers mask from Walmart. They have a double lip seal , are cheap , and work great. And , spit works fine for the fog. Should work great for detecting the shallows.
