Screw back pin..... need ID

Today while detecting a field in North Alabama I found a Screw back Silver pin. it is arrow head or shield shaped and has US in a circle with "Junior C of C" under the circle. the pin is approximately 1/2 inch. Any help with ID is much needed, thanks
