I put the screen protector on not quite centered on the display. How do I remove it, also can it be used again?

Screen Protector Removal

They can be reused, BUT likely not with a smooth, bubble and lint free cover.
To remove: I use a single edge razor and just pick at one corner the is not on the screen. Be very careful not to scratch the screen surface.
I also cut the covers so I have the function names on where they should be and the large section of the screen cover is just a hair bit above on the screen.
This way I can use all the included screen covers by cutting off the function row and then use just the applying the upper section of the screen saver.
