screen problem and other failure

I use the ctx over 2 years, sometimes after switch on: no screen appears, but speaker and detecting works. During operation suddenly the detector crashes any switching is impossible. Anybody help?
 
Most likely there is nothing that we could do to solve the problem. I would get on the phone with Minelab and talk to them about having your CTX serviced.
 
Sounds like either a bad circuit board or a bad video cable. Either way you are going to have to send it in for repair.
