Well my eyes arent as good as they used to be, but I sure am having trouble reading the screen on the quattro..I have adjusted the contrast as best I can but the glare sometimes blocks the readings...Does anyone else have this problem and any suggestions how to help..Its especially hard to see when it gets late in the evening..How do you guys detect at night?? Bud

Hey Budsmith,
I use an LED headlamp. It does great for lighting the ground and the display without glare or hot and dark spots. I even have a cover on the display, but it shows up fine in the headlamp.
I have some trouble at dusk, and sometimes with my sunglasses on. When I go to polarized glasses, or the tan or red sunglass lenses it really helps.
This is my first summer with the quattro. It is a great machine.

Evening hunts? try a head strapped lamps. There should be some in REI or other camping gear stores.
